Job summary

Temenos Banking UK is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to own the architecture of banking systems and partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategy. The role covers information, integration, security and application architecture with emphasis on Temenos Banking solutions.

You will lead architecture governance, drive roadmaps and collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver cost-effective, scalable solutions in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive architecture experience across information, integration, security and applications.
• Experience leading the complete project life cycle for large-scale technology change.
• Proficiency in API-centric architecture, microservices, data integration, messaging and event-driven patterns.
• Knowledge of data architecture, governance, security principles and secure service design.
• TOGAF, CISA, CRISC, ITIL or equivalent qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Mature the design approach for banking systems and contribute to architecture roadmaps and the wider Enterprise Architecture.
• Develop an integrated view of the Technology Architecture using repeatable approaches and reference models.
• Provide architecture governance and technical oversight across change initiatives.
• Collaborate with Technology and business stakeholders to define pragmatic, cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain and improve architecture standards, repositories and governance frameworks.
• Present complex architecture matters clearly and mentor less experienced architects.
