This highly regarded Banking & Finance practice is seeking Solicitors at the Senior Associate/Partner level to join its fast-growing team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.

The role involves acting for both lenders and borrowers across a wide range of transactions and sectors, including:

1. General corporate banking
2. Acquisition finance
3. Real estate finance
4. Project finance
5. Housing finance
6. Asset finance
7. Energy
8. Restructuring/refinancing
