Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment seeks a Banking & Finance Associate with 3+ years' PQE to join a top 70 firm in Manchester. You will handle a broad range of banking & finance matters in a specialist team, with direct access to partners and a clear path to progression.

You will draft and negotiate facility agreements, manage transactions end-to-end, and contribute to business development across the North West.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in Banking & Finance
• Experience in acquisition finance, property finance, asset-based lending, restructuring and refinancing preferred
• Direct access to partners and hands-on involvement from day one

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate facility agreements across bilateral and syndicated structures
• Lead and support banking and finance transactions end to end
• Project manage deals through to completion
• Contribute to business development and client relationship building in Manchester and the North West
