Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a banking solicitor to handle a broad range of finance matters for UK banks and lenders. You will draft facility agreements and LMA documents, and advise on a variety of finance transactions.

The role involves general corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending, with opportunities for client work and business development.

• Four to seven years PQE; qualified in England and Wales; banking experience.

The firm

A national full service law firm with offices across the UK, acting for a wide mix of businesses, lenders, developers and public sector clients.

The role

A broad banking role. You will work on general corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset based lending for UK banks and specialist lenders. Drafting facility agreements, LMA documents and credit agreements will be a big part of the day, alongside client work and business development.

What you will need

Four to seven years PQE, qualified in England and Wales or equivalent, with previous time in a banking team. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, good client manner, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
