  • Support the senior solicitor with strategic legal input and case management.
  • Liaise confidently with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years PQE.
  • Strong technical knowledge in cross-border corporate real estate transactions and experience acting for borrowers and all types of lenders
