Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients.
  • Offer appropriate solutions and connect clients to specialists.
  • Deepen client relationships through platform services, supporting clients with self-service or transactional activities.
  • Provide exceptional client care and proactively connect with clients through outbound calls.
  • Conduct consistent follow-up routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies.
  • Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies.
  • Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience.
  • Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in performing day-to-day activities.
  • Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while abiding by all regulatory requirements.

Bilingual – Spanish HIGHLY DESIRED

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
