Job summary

Attio is building a CRM platform that enables go-to-market teams to understand customers, automate at scale, and tailor their revenue motions. We seek a Senior Product Engineer who loves difficult technical challenges, high-quality code, and delivering meaningful features.

You will design and implement backend services with Node.js/TypeScript on a cloud-native stack, own end-to-end projects, and contribute to scalable, secure architectures across our real-time data platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing scalable backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (GCP).
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver impact.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable backend systems and services.
• Lead projects from inception to deployment across teams.
• Architect REST/JSON APIs for internal and external consumers.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and QA to drive quality.
