Job summary

Candour Solutions is seeking an experienced Backend Systems Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend integrations that connect customer-facing applications with core business systems such as ERP, warehouse management, and finance platforms.

You will work on high-volume, scalable systems, collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver reliable backend services and ensure data flow across platforms remains efficient and resilient.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Backend software development experience.
• Proven track record of integrating complex business-critical systems with ERP, WMS, or finance platforms.
• Strong SQL skills including database design and performance optimization.
• Understanding of SOLID, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend integrations connecting digital platforms with core business systems (ERP, WMS, finance).
• Build scalable middleware for order processing and inventory synchronization.
• Create and manage REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
• Implement queue-based processing for high-volume asynchronous workloads.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and mentoring to uphold engineering standards.
