Synapri is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our software team in central London. You will take a lead on new projects from research and technical planning through to architecture, development and deployment.

You will influence the technology and product direction, working across disciplines to build clean, scalable Python/Django applications with a strong focus on quality and maintainability. This role offers onsite/hybrid flexibility in London.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong experience with Django and modern web app development.
• Understanding of full product development lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Excellent attention to detail and high-quality software.
