Qualifications

• Proven backend development in production systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Ability to design scalable, highly available services in fintech/regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services for core neobanking features (transfers, open banking, payments).
• Own end-to-end feature delivery from scoping to deployment and maintenance using Go, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Lead critical infrastructure migrations without impacting live users.
• Collaborate with product, design, data science, security, and ops to ship features end-to-end.
• Mentor teammates and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and security.
