Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a team focused on expanding the cloud-native platform for next-generation networking and security. You will design and build backend systems powering data-driven insights and platform extensions across large, distributed networks.

We require 6+ years in backend development and a strong background in SaaS microservices, system design, and secure, enterprise-grade architectures.

Qualifications

6+ years of backend development experience.
Experience building production-grade SaaS microservices.
Strong understanding of system design and scalability.
Experience with secure, enterprise-grade systems.
CI pipelines and monitoring experience.
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

End-to-end development of backend services for scalable data processing and APIs.
Design and implement platform capabilities to support growth.
Build reliable systems for collecting and analyzing data across networks.
Collaborate with product, research and automation teams to deliver capabilities.
Evaluate new technologies to accelerate product evolution.
Work with multiple teams to integrate new solutions into the platform.
