Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design and scale the core platform that orchestrates data, content, and execution logic across CrowdStrike products.

You will help build a highly performant, distributed backend capable of processing internet-scale data streams and real-time detections. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and mentorship in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment, with opportunities to work across NGSIEM, FCS, and Endpoint

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalability.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience applying AI technologies to automate or optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend engineering efforts from prototypes to large-scale apps.
• Build cloud-based systems to detect threats at global scale.
• Collaborate with cross-team members to define architecture.
• Mentor other developers in web, backend, and data storage tech.
• Continuously re-evaluate architecture for performance and resilience.
