Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly experienced backend engineer to join the CDE Platform team in the UK. You will design, build, and scale foundational services that orchestrate data, content, and execution across CrowdStrike’s products, enabling real-time detection generation.

You will work with Go or C++, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kafka, and containerization technologies to deliver a high-performance, scalable platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalability.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and mentoring others.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, tested software on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development from prototypes to large-scale apps across CrowdStrike products.
• Build cloud-based systems to detect targeted attacks at global scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features.
• Continuously improve architecture and performance of data processing pipelines.
• Own your work in a high-trust environment.
