Job summary

Capsa AI in London is seeking a Staff / Senior Fullstack Engineer to own features end-to-end across the stack, from concept to production. You will contribute across the stack to improve our AI platform and data pipelines.

This role requires 4+ years of experience and strong skills in Python, FastAPI, Postgres, and frontend tech (TypeScript/React). Hybrid work with on-site presence in London; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering in venture-backed startups or top tech firms.
• Experience taking features from ideation to production and measuring impact.
• Proficiency with Python, FastAPI, Postgres and frontend tech (TypeScript/React).

Responsibilities

• Own projects from conception to production for Capsa's AI platform.
• Develop features across backend and frontend with emphasis on data pipelines.
• Maintain high code quality and ship iteratively with the team.
