You will serve as the technical backbone for supporting customers, triaging bugs, and delivering small, customer-driven improvements across core applications, identity providers, and data security platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend services and distributed systems in the Java ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing patterns, messaging systems, and distributed system design.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, web hooks, and service-to-service integrations.
• Comfortable operating in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and working with observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Triage, diagnose, and fix customer-reported bugs across backend services.
• Deliver small customer-driven requests and improvements with a lightweight personal roadmap.
• Build tooling and automation for self-serve answers and reduced manual work.
• Analyze microservices, event pipelines, and identity/data security integrations to find root causes.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to determine the best fix and approach.
