Before I tell you more about the role, let me introduce myself. I'm Bruce, Head of Development at DFYNE, and I'm looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who can help us scale and strengthen the technology that powers our business. This is a hands-on engineering role sitting within our engineering team and reporting directly to the Head of Development. You will be trusted to take ownership of key backend platforms, improve reliability and performance, contribute to architectural discussions and deliver robust software that can support DFYNE's continued growth. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering and Operations teams while helping to raise technical standards across the wider engineering function.
