Responsibilities:

• Improve our core product by developing and enhancing our financial system
• Enhance the accuracy of financial reporting and payment success rates across various payment providers
• Build tools to detect and monitor fraudulent activities, and develop risk analysis measures
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality products
• Support operations in resolving payment-related customer issues and assist the financial team with reporting systems

Qualifications:

• Passion for creating innovative solutions and a growth mindset
• 3+ years of experience in Python and Django ecosystems
• Knowledge of payment providers like Stripe, Adyen, WorldPay
• Experience with fraud and risk analysis, KYC/KYB processes, billing, and invoicing flows
• Skills in monitoring, debugging, and maintaining asynchronous systems (AMQP, Celery)
• Ability to discuss vision and propose creative solutions within a team
• Understanding of security best practices, CI/CD, and writing robust, fault-tolerant software
• Proficiency with Git
