Job summary

Leeds-based AI product consultancy is seeking a Lead Developer to own backend architecture and hands-on delivery. You’ll work across the Microsoft stack, delivering scalable APIs, services and integrations for enterprise clients.

You will mentor colleagues, drive engineering standards and steer technical decisions from discovery through delivery, adapting to different client environments.

• Lead the backend development of products for a diverse client base.

• Work across the Microsoft stack with .NET/C#, Azure, APIs and databases.
• Turn requirements into robust technical solutions with product, frontend, data and client teams.
• Lead and mentor other developers, review code and solve complex problems.
• Work across multiple projects and technologies, adapting to client environments.
• Contribute to growth of backend capability with new projects.
