Job summary

Alpha Data Services is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support growth and strategic evolution of the Account & Reference Data Management practice. You will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Technology and Operations to define, document, govern and enhance data capabilities across the Alpha platform.

The role requires strong BA skills, deep knowledge of asset management operating models and experience with account, security, benchmark and reference data domains.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of BA experience in asset management or financial data operations.
• Strong knowledge of account and reference data concepts.
• Experience with Security Master, Account Master or reference data platforms.
• Experience documenting operating models and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business, operational and data requirements.
• Facilitate workshops across clients, operations, product, technology and implementation teams.
• Produce business requirements documents, functional specifications and user stories.
• Document current-state and target-state operating models.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed business and data requirements.
• Support prioritisation activities aligned to the Account & Reference Data roadmap.
• Document governance controls across account master data and hierarchies.
• Define remediation workflows and ownership models for data quality.
• Develop executive-ready documentation for governance forums and client implementations.
