Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape the Account & Reference Data Management practice. You will partner with Product, Architecture, Technology and Operations to define data capabilities, governance, and operating models across the Alpha platform.

The role focuses on requirements analysis, governance design, data quality improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives such as account resolution, automated account creation, and reference data services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst in Asset Management or Financial Data Management.
• Experience with Security Master, Account Master or Reference Data platforms.
• Experience documenting operating models and business processes.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business, operational and data requirements.
• Facilitate workshops across clients, operations, product, technology and implementation teams.
• Document current-state and target-state operating models.
• Define governance controls and data standards across the data lifecycle.
• Document business rules, control requirements and remediation workflows.
• Develop SOPs, operating handbooks and governance frameworks.
• Define KPIs and reporting requirements for Power BI solutions.
