Job summary

The Economist Group is seeking a senior B2C Solution Architect to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging Core Platform, Service Cloud, Data 360, and Marketing Cloud Engagement/Next. You will work with business stakeholders, product leads and engineers to translate complex needs into scalable, secure Salesforce designs.

You will mentor developers, present designs to governance bodies, and guide trade-offs between configuration and code.

Qualifications

• Senior architect with proven B2C Salesforce experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration patterns.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end B2C Salesforce solutions across Core, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Create architecture deliverables: topology, data models, interaction diagrams, integration specs.
• Guide engineering on configuration vs. custom code trade-offs.
• Mentor developers and present designs to ARB/Engineering Group.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
