Job summary

Mansell Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Sales Manager for an established engineering and manufacturing business. You will drive revenue, lead a small sales team and shape the commercial strategy with a focus on margins and long-term customer partnerships.

The role targets a senior B2B sales professional with experience in engineering or manufacturing, capable of selling technical products and developing key accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with some management responsibility.
• Proven experience selling into engineering, manufacturing or technical markets.
• Experience managing and developing a small sales team.
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for sales performance, revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase market share.
• Lead and coach a small sales team with clear objectives.
• Set sales targets and create plans to achieve revenue growth.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts to support planning.
