Salary – £27,707 per annum with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission OTE £35,000 per annum

Hours – Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. No weekend working!

Working arrangements: During your first few months, you’ll be office-based full-time to complete onboarding and training. Once up to speed, you’ll shift to a hybrid model with approximately two days per week in the office.

Are you passionate about B2B sales and building strong client relationships? We’re looking for a driven Senior B2B Mobile Sales Specialist – Direct Mobile to join our Specialist Business Centre in Poole. In this role, you’ll focus on acquiring new Small to Medium Business (SMB) customers (10–99 mobile connections) within our mobile category.

You’ll play a key role in connecting with our nationwide retail business hubs, building strong partnerships and driving customer referrals. From delivering engaging webinars to supporting incentive days and buzz events, you’ll be instrumental in strengthening our business mobile network.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the onboarding and development of new B2B customers, primarily for mobile services, with the flexibility to support other products and services as opportunities arise.
  • Understanding and analysing customer needs across all product categories in the direct channel.
  • Building prospect lists and generating pipeline growth through multiple platforms and outreach methods – including cold calling and targeted vertical strategies.
  • Accurately processing all sales orders and ensuring complete and correct CRM data entry, including source tracking and reasons for any non-conversions.
  • Producing reports and analysis to uncover and maximise all sales opportunities.

You will need:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales – ideally B2B and/or mobile sales.
  • A sales-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for opportunity.
  • Results-driven with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, literacy, numeracy, and IT skills – especially across core office tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator is a plus.
