Job summary

BCN Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive multi-channel marketing initiatives from our Manchester base. You will develop, execute, and refine campaigns to raise brand awareness, generate new business opportunities, and increase cross-sell within our existing client base.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate across marketing, sales, customer experience, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years marketing experience, ideally within B2B.
• Proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Digitally savvy marketer with knowledge of digital and multi-channel programs.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM (Dynamics an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Drive leads and conversions through multichannel campaigns.
• Collaborate with content, SEO, and creative teams.
• Build emails, nurture campaigns and report performance.
• Enable sales with product campaigns and proposals.
• Report on campaigns and ROI.
• Create case studies and customer success stories.
