Job summary

ecube is recruiting a skilled B1/B2 licensed engineer to perform aircraft maintenance in a busy Welsh operation. You will lead and mentor team members, ensuring maintenance meets Part 145 requirements, safety, and quality standards.

You will manage storage, engine removals, modifications, and defect rectification while upholding ecube values. The role demands substantial technical expertise with A330/A320/B737 experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to drive continuous

Qualifications

EASA B1/B2 license required with type ratings including A330, A320 or B737.
Evidence of current activity: minimum six months in the last 24 months on the specified types or similar.
Working knowledge of inspection procedures, methods, equipment, and industry standards.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Carry out aircraft maintenance per customer work orders, in line with ecube MOE and procedures.
Ensure all maintenance documentation and team reporting are completed accurately and timely.
Perform maintenance activities to ensure actions are efficient and timely.
Liaise with management on progress, manpower, critical path, and third-party requirements.
Provide support to team members to ensure safety and reliability of the aircraft.
