Senior Azure Network Engineer

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based role)

Contract: 6 Months (extension possible)

Sector: Healthcare, working with a European leader in cloud implementation, application development, and managed services.

Responsibilities:

1. Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.
2. Designing, developing, and managing CI/CD processes for various applications and automating processes.
3. Scripting in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
4. Collaborating with internal cloud teams to contribute to cloud strategy.

Essential Skills:

1. Hybrid connectivity (S2S VPN / ExpressRoute).
2. Private access to Azure services (Private DNS Resolvers, DNS Conditional Forwarding).
3. Network security (Azure Firewalls, policy management, East/West, North/South traffic scenarios).
4. Azure Pipelines: CI/CD YAMLs, pipeline templates, variables, service connections.
