Job summary

BPM Tech is seeking a Senior Azure Engineer for a 6-month contract based in the UK. The role is remote with a daily rate of £450 Inside IR35.

You will own the creation of a new Azure environment, lead cross-tenant migration, and provide hands-on engineering alongside architecture oversight to ensure a secure, well-governed transition for a major post-acquisition integration. Senior Azure Engineer - Migration & Integration Contract

Remote (UK only) 6 months £450/day guide rate Inside IR35

We're looking for an experienced Senior Azure Engineer to support a major post-acquisition integration, taking ownership of establishing a new Azure environment and migrating services from a third-party Azure tenant into the wider corporate environment.

Working closely with internal technical teams, the Solution Architect and an external delivery partner, you'll combine hands‑on engineering with technical oversight to ensure a secure, well‑managed and successful migration.

Key responsibilities:

• Stand up and configure a new Azure environment.
• Work with internal teams and the external technical partner to manage Azure tenant integration, including identity, trust relationships and networking.
• Supoprt the Solution Architect to plan and deliver the migration of services and systems into the new environment.
• Provide technical oversight of the external delivery partner, challenging designs and monitoring progress, risks and deliverables.
• Ensure all activities comply with established change control and ITIL processes.

What we're looking for:

Strong Azure infrastructure and migration experience, with expertise in identity, networking, security and cross-tenant integration. You'll be comfortable taking technical ownership, collaborating with architects and internal teams, managing third-party partners and remaining hands‑on in an enterprise environment.
