Digital Waffle is seeking a senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to influence technical direction and shape cloud infrastructure. You’ll work with development, infrastructure and security teams, driving best practices and platform reliability.

You will operate independently on complex technical challenges, lead Terraform/AKS initiatives, and mentor other engineers while advancing CI/CD, GitOps, and observability across the platform.

• Strong cloud infrastructure and automation background.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and maintain scalable Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop and manage production Kubernetes/AKS environments, including upgrades and security.
• Establish and improve GitOps and CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and ArgoCD.
• Build reusable Terraform modules and deployment templates to standardize environments.
• Design Azure networking (VNets, hub-and-spoke, DNS, NSGs, firewalls).
• Implement cloud security across IAM, container security and infrastructure.
• Develop Helm charts and standardized deployment processes for teams.
• Improve observability with monitoring, logging, tracing, and platform telemetry.
• Automate repetitive tasks with Python or Bash.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and platform roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and act as senior technical escalation point.
• Support platform evolution including container orchestration, autoscaling, and progressive delivery.
