Job summary

The role demands extensive AWS DevOps experience, Well Architected Framework proficiency, and a track record of guiding large-scale migrations and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of technology experience in cloud design and delivery.
• Hands-on AWS DevOps — pipelines automation testing and release processes.
• Deep knowledge of AWS Well Architected Framework in security reliability performance and cost.
• Experience configuring CodePipeline CodeDeploy CodeCommit CodeBuild for CD ecosystems.
• Hybrid work experience coordinating with distributed teams across time zones.
• Cloud security, performance optimization and cost management emphasis.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for cloud solution decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AWS cloud architecture design aligned to Well Architected Framework.
• Define deployment strategies and automation templates to accelerate delivery.
• Standardize provisioning workflows via IaC across environments.
• Design and configure CI/CD workflows with CodePipeline and CodeDeploy.
• Implement blue/green or rolling deployment strategies with CodeDeploy.
• Maintain source control patterns with CodeCommit and secure access controls.
• Coordinate build processes with CodeBuild including quality gates.
• Collaborate with product security and operations in a hybrid model.
• Provide architectural governance through reviews and remediation plans.
• Support cloud migration and modernization efforts and map landing zones.
• Lead workshops and alignment meetings with stakeholders.
