Get2Talent is recruiting an experienced AWS DevOps Technical Consultant to join a fast-paced Agile delivery team. You will design and build secure AWS infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines and provide platform services for UK Government and Defence projects.

This hands-on leadership role requires building new infrastructure and guiding delivery, not just maintaining existing environments. You will mentor engineers, lead technical delivery, and promote Agile practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong AWS experience and cloud infra build.
• Hands-on IaC with scalable designs.
• Experience delivering in Agile teams and leading delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and manage secure AWS infrastructure.
• Create automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop reusable infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Build and operate platforms for containerised apps.
• Support deployment, monitoring and performance.
• Lead technical delivery across projects.
• Advise on AWS architecture and technology choices.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and support juniors.
• Promote Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).
