Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS) to take ownership of building and shaping AWS capability from the ground up. The role is based in Oxford with hybrid working options, and you will act as the AWS technical authority.

You will define architecture standards, governance, and IaC practices, build landing zones, and drive CI/CD pipelines across AWS and Azure, while leading technical directions and collaborating with stakeholders.

As part of its ongoing technology evolution, the business is expanding its cloud engineering capability and investing heavily in a future multi-cloud strategy, creating an opportunity for an experienced AWS specialist to make a significant impact.

THE ROLE:

You will take ownership of establishing and scaling AWS capability within the business. Acting as the AWS technical authority, you will help define architecture standards, governance frameworks and engineering best practices whilst remaining highly hands-on. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and building AWS cloud infrastructure and landing zones
• Defining cloud architecture, governance and security standards

THE BENEFITS:

You will receive a salary of up to £75,000 depending on experience.
