Hawkrose Strategy LLP invites applications for a Senior Consultant to drive customer engagement and professional services delivery across Aviation and Defence projects, with a focus on Civil Aviation. You will work with the Director of Technology and Insight to expand existing customer engagement and deliver technically robust consultancy work packages.

The role combines home and onsite work (initially at Heathrow), with the flexibility to manage your time and location to best serve clients.

Competenze

• Aviation knowledge of Airport/Air Traffic Management operations and related concepts.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technical consulting in aviation roles.
• Degree with substantial numeracy skills; in-role experience acceptable.
• Strong numerical/analytical mindset with ability to adapt tools to problems (not limited to MS Excel).
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior consultants and manage team performance.
