About the Role

To meet growing demand for our services, we are seeking individuals with diverse expertise and a keen interest in aviation. Candidates should have experience in operational, technical, or managerial roles within an airport or ATM setting. You will utilize your current skills and also have opportunities to progress your career by working on wider consultancy projects within our expanding aviation and UK businesses. We expect you to take projects through their entire lifecycle, from identifying initial opportunities to bid preparation and delivery, ensuring client expectations are not only met but exceeded.

The consultancy environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and an agile approach to deliver high-quality services and meet client needs. We handle extensive data analysis, report writing, and knowledge sharing, while building strong client relationships. We operate a flat, collegiate structure with small project teams, encouraging you to manage your own career and time. What do we need from you

Applicants must be degree-qualified in a numerate subject, preferably in engineering, science, or aviation. To succeed in our fast-paced consultancy environment at a senior level, you should be proactive with a drive to see projects through to completion.

You should enjoy problem-solving and possess excellent critical thinking skills. High-standard written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a comfort in engaging with clients through workshops, training sessions, meetings, or networking events.
