NatWest Group is seeking a Principle Engineer to design, develop and maintain complex software in a major migration programme. You will own a workstream end-to-end, deliver high-quality code and collaborate with architects, analysts and the project team.

You will apply deep Avaloq expertise (STEX, report writer, workflows) and contribute to the securities trading lifecycle within a Core Banking / Wealth Management environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Avaloq scripting and parameterisation.
• Deep experience of Avaloq STEX; securities trading lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Engineer complex software across the full life cycle from development to deployment and operations.
• Lead delivery of workstreams, mentor engineers and coordinate with testers and business users.
• Own a workstream autonomously within a major migration programme.
