Job summary

Pro System Services, a London-based technical event production and AV services company, seeks a proactive project delivery professional to manage live events from design through final delivery. You will lead client liaison, budgeting, and on-site coordination, ensuring profitability and high service standards.

The role requires strong AV industry experience, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and collaboration across production, warehouse and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing live AV projects across events and venues.
• Ability to oversee client liaison, procurement and delivery.
• Strong understanding of health and safety in event production.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main client liaison for operational delivery and planning.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as the primary contact across projects.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for quotations, rates and hires.
• Oversee on-site installations with the Production Manager and technicians.
• Create health and safety documents, equipment lists and technical drawings.
