Job summary

Roundhouse Recruitment Ltd is seeking an AV Installation Engineer to join a fast-growing smart home automation company in London. You will install and test AV equipment, contribute to high-end residential projects, and receive specialist training in AV programming.

You will develop skills in Crestron, Control4, and Lutron while progressing toward senior and leadership roles as the company expands. A competitive salary (£35k-£45k) with paid travel and company benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on installation experience in AV or security tech.
• Understanding of cabling and second-fix installation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Full UK driving licence or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Install and second-fix AV equipment across high-end properties.
• Terminate cables, connect equipment, test and fault-find.
• Follow technical drawings to complete high-quality installations.
• Receive training in AV programming and home automation tech.
