Overview:
A leading AV integrator is seeking an experienced Senior AV Field Service Engineer to join their London-based service team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-end clients and cutting-edge AV technology in a field-based role focused on break/fix support, servicing, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide field-based break/fix support for integrated AV and video conferencing systems
  
• Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and efficiently on client sites
  
• Perform scheduled maintenance and system health checks
  
• Commission and configure AV systems to required standards
  
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  
• Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and technical logs
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a field service role within the AV integration industry
  
• Strong technical knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS, Poly, and Microsoft Teams Rooms
  
• Confident in fault-finding and hands-on break/fix work
  
• Experience with AV system commissioning; programming knowledge is advantageous
  
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  
• Ability to work independently across multiple London-based client sites
