Job summary

Rafferty Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced AV Commissioning Engineer to take ownership of commissioning, testing and delivery of professional AV systems across client environments in the South of England. You will work closely with Project Managers, Programmers and Engineers from pre-build through to handover, resolving issues and ensuring high standards of delivery.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, excellent client-facing skills, and a willingness to travel to client

Qualifications

• Experience in AV commissioning and testing.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commissioning, configuration, testing and delivery of professional AV systems across client environments.
• Collaborate with project managers, programmers, engineers and clients from pre-build to handover.
• Prepare acceptance testing documentation for client and consultant sign-off.
• Provide technical guidance to installation, sales and project teams.
• Produce and maintain as-built documentation for DSPs and matrix systems.
• Travel to client sites for on-site commissioning and commissioning support.
