Job summary

Hearts & Science in London seeks an AV Account Director to lead end-to-end AV planning and buying across client campaigns. You will partner with clients, media owners and internal teams to drive strategic execution across TV, streaming, digital video, audio and cinema.

You will mentor junior staff, deliver performance-driven campaigns, and contribute to evolving media solutions in a fast-changing landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV planning and buying across TV, streaming, digital video and audio.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to lead campaigns end-to-end.
• Knowledge of media strategy and performance analysis.
