Job summary

MediaHub WW in London is seeking an experienced AV Manager to lead the planning and buying across TV, VOD, audio and cinema. You will partner with the AV Director to deliver outstanding campaigns, manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.

You will contribute to AV strategy, negotiate with media owners, ensure accurate delivery, billing and revenue understanding, and stay ahead of market trends while collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate client results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AV campaigns across TV, VOD, audio and cinema.
• Strong client facing skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching junior team members and enabling development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the AV planning and buying process across TV, VOD, Audio & Cinema.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agency teams and media owners.
• Lead on the development of AV strategy and negotiation to secure best outcomes for clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaigns, including booking, trafficking and reconciliation.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team.
• Keep up to date with market trends, new technologies and industry developments.
