• 7+ years of progressive experience in automotive parts management.
• Extensive knowledge of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts for various makes/models.
• Proven ability to manage large inventories and complex supply chains.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) or similar inventory software.
• Track record of improving parts department profitability and efficiency.
