We’re looking for an experienced Automation Tester / Quality Engineer who enjoys building things, solving technical problems and finding better ways to deliver quality software.
This isn’t a traditional test execution role. You will have real ownership of the automation approach, helping us build on what is already there and shape how quality engineering develops as the business grows.
You will work closely with developers, product teams and other stakeholders, helping to make quality part of the development process rather than something that happens at the end.
You’ll have solid hands-on experience in automation and be comfortable getting into the technical detail. You don’t need to have used every tool listed below, but you should have a strong understanding of automation principles and be able to learn new technologies quickly.
Ideally, you’ll have experience with:

You will be comfortable working independently, but equally happy getting stuck into problems with developers and product teams.
It would be great if you also have experience with
This is a role where you can genuinely shape how quality engineering works within the business.
You will have the freedom to influence automation strategy, introduce better tooling, experiment with emerging technologies and help establish engineering practices that will scale with the product.
If you are someone who enjoys building automation rather than simply maintaining a suite of tests, and you want to have a real voice in how quality is approached, we’d like to hear from you.
