Recruitment Manager - UK & European Market

Senior automation testers with strong knowledge on Selenium and Java who will be a part of the automation factory set up in RSA. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks. critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through efficient and effective automation testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.

•Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand application requirements and define test strategies.

•Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure application functionality.

•Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to support regression testing and continuous integration pipelines.

•Create detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.

•Debug and troubleshoot issues within the automation framework and test scripts.

•Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to automation standards.

•Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

•Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and best practices in automation testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

•Strong proficiency in Java programming.

•Hands-on experience with Selenium for web application testing.

•Knowledge of test automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or similar.

•Experience with version control tools such as Git.

•Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps.

•Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

•Ability to write clear and concise test scripts and documentation.
