The role emphasizes AI-powered tooling and a shift-left approach to quality across the development lifecycle. You will partner with engineering, operations, and analysts, advocate best practices, and own core testing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical software development role with production-grade systems.
• Architect and implement scalable frameworks or tooling from scratch with full lifecycle ownership.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OOD, and design patterns.
• Experience integrating AI tools in software development or testing.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain testing frameworks and CI/CD infrastructure.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with cross-functional teams.
• Engineer automation to remove manual steps across the lifecycle.
• Research and integrate AI-powered tools to boost productivity and testing.
