Senior Authorised Person

Location: North West

Summary

Freedom is currently recruiting for a Senior Authorised Engineer / Senior Authorised Person, authorised up to 11kV.

The main purpose of the role is to provide SAP services on our framework contracts, working on ground-mounted 11kV plant and underground cables across ENW and SPEN DNO areas. This is a great opportunity to join an established but growing team operating across the North West.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing voltage levels of 11kV and above
• Covering the North West England geographical area
• Performing work on secondary switchgear, transformers, RMU, 11kV panel boards, and LV boards

Requirements:

• Experience in providing the above duties
• Previous experience working on DNO networks, preferably with Electricity North West
• Authorised as an 11kV SAP
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Asbestos UKARTA course (desirable)
• Confined Spaces (desirable)
