Job summary

A leading company is seeking HV Senior Authorised Persons to deliver crucial projects related to high voltage equipment across multiple clients. The role involves overseeing installations, conducting testing, and managing maintenance activities in a field-based capacity. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of safe working practices and HV systems, and experience with DNO/iDNO/ICP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with HV equipment and electrical systems.
• Familiar with safe systems of work and receiving permits up to 33kV.
• Capable of mechanical modifications and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead major projects including HV asset maintenance and upgrades.
• Oversee installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of HV equipment.

HV Senior Authorised Person – Field Based

We are looking for a number of HV SAP's nationwide across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a range of major projects, from CDM construction projects, HV asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Work with Engineers, SAPs, and support staff to oversee the installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of HV equipment.
• Carry out electrical testing and fault finding.
• Carry out mechanical modifications and repairs

Skills

• Knowledge of switching activities, safe systems of works, and receiving permits up to 33kV.
• Testing.
• DNO/iDNO/ICP experience would be advantageous.
