Job summary

RECfinancial is assisting a Leicester-based Practice to recruit an Audit Semi Senior / Senior. The role focuses on planning and carrying out audits, supporting trainees, and delivering excellent client service within a growing audit and accounts team.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA part qualified or finalist, with strong audit experience and a focus on detail, communication, and commercial awareness. Sponsorship is not available, and there is an emphasis on developing the business through

Qualifications

ACA/ACCA part qualified or finalist.
Strong audit experience with accounts prep knowledge.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commercially focused with the ability to deliver innovative solutions.
Desire to coach, mentor and develop fellow colleagues; able to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

Plan and undertake audit and independent examination assignments on a portfolio of clients.
Support and develop trainee auditors with their assignments and work closely with the Audit Partner.
Deliver an excellent level of client service, managing and exceeding client expectations.
Maintain up to date technical knowledge and attend relevant training.
Manage all work efficiently, profitably and in line with the company procedures.
