A leading accountancy firm in Borehamwood is seeking an Audit Senior to manage diverse audit assignments while developing junior staff and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess an ACA or ACCA qualification and strong knowledge of UK auditing standards. This role provides excellent growth potential within a supportive team culture, alongside a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical knowledge in auditing practices.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Experience supervising or reviewing junior staff.

Aufgaben

• Manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Lead audit fieldwork and coordinate on-site teams.
• Identify key audit risks and design appropriate testing procedures.
• Prepare draft statutory financial statements in line with FRS 102.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process.

Strong knowledge of UK auditing standards

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

High attention to detail and analytical capability

Advanced Excel skills

Audit software experience (CaseWare or similar)
