Job summary

This is an opportunity to join a growing and ambitious accountancy practice based in Dundee, delivering audit, accounts and advisory services to a diverse client base across Scotland.

As an Audit Senior, you will manage a varied client portfolio with a 70% audit and 30% accounts workload, leading statutory audits, preparing statutory/consolidated accounts, and assisting with corporation tax returns while guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in accounts preparation and corporate tax compliance within practice.
• Qualified with ACA/ACCA/AAT or equivalent by experience.
• Experience in audit and accounts within an accountancy practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory audits and independent examinations, including charity audits and solicitor rules engagements.
• Prepare statutory accounts and consolidated accounts where required.
• Draft corporation tax returns and assist with non-audit accounts assignments.
• Supervise and develop junior team members and liaise with Managers and Partners.
