Job summary

Blusource in Northampton is seeking a Semi-Senior to Senior Auditor to join an accountancy firm with hybrid working options. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications, with potential development toward a Manager role.

The role involves managing audits for owner-managed businesses and SMEs, leading audits from planning to completion, and mentoring junior staff. ACA/ACCA study support and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience across audits for owner-managed businesses and SMEs.
• Ability to lead audits from planning through to fieldwork and completion.
• Open to studying ACA/ACCA with employer support.
• Willing to consider both studying or post-qualification profiles.

Responsibilities

• Work across a varied portfolio of audit assignments for owner-managed businesses and SMEs
• Lead audits from planning through to fieldwork and completion, with manager oversight and review
• Build positive relationships with clients
• Support and guide more junior members of the team, sharing knowledge and best practice
• Contribute positively to the team's delivery, quality, and client experience
